Go on a clear afternoon, an hour or two before sunset, when the glass-walled tasting room over the vines and False Bay makes the wine feel almost incidental. The estate farms biodynamically and skips cultured yeast, so the whites in particular carry a mineral edge worth the premium tasting (six wines, served in Riedel glasses). Couples and small groups linger longest here — it's a place to sit with a cheeseboard and the view, not to rush through a list. Chorus, the restaurant on site, runs an open kitchen and is worth booking separately if you want a full meal rather than a tasting.
